Use Case

Actions

Turns the requirements found in a new regulation into a list of assigned work. Each item carries an owner, a department, the regulator's deadline, an earlier internal deadline, a status, and a place to attach proof it was completed, all linked back to the requirement it came from.

It replaces the side spreadsheet teams use to track implementation, so nothing falls through the gap between analyzing a rule and actually doing something about it. When a regulator or auditor asks how a change was put into practice, the answer and the supporting evidence are already assembled.

New Module

A single form where any staff member can send a regulatory question to the compliance team, with attachments and the option to ask anonymously.
The question then moves through assignment, research, answer and review with a visible owner and status at every step, and the finished answer kept in a searchable library.

Questions stop getting lost in individual inboxes, and leadership can see what has been asked, who owns it, and how long it has been sitting. Because past answers stay on the record and can be reused, the team stops spending time researching the same question twice.

Reg-independent Actions in Calendar

Users can now directly add actions not related to existing regulations in the calendar view og reg changes.

For those who use the calendar view as their primary tracker, it saves them time and make adding and tracking ad-goc actions more flexible.
