Public Attachments

In public URL, the published version's associated attachments are also visible.

Plans who want some policies publicly hosted typically prefer if the attachment is linked as well.

Edit approval chain even after revision has kickstarted (admin)

An optional feature, admins can edit an approval chain even after it has been initiated, rather than having to restart the approval process

1. to correct mistakes in approval chain, 2. for planned flexibility - for example wanting the policy owner to initiate the approval workflow, but then for an admin to choose who to route to afterwards

Saved Sub-Groups

Essentially a sub template. A sub group (1+ users) can be added to a level ad-hoc or to an approval template. Sub group management is done in the Approval Templates tab.

To be able to add a sub group - 9 people, where 5 of 9 have to approve. Saves time with similar cases where a sub group with defined people, title, X of Y to approve, etc.

Attachments preview

All users (including read-only) are able to preview attachments in place rather than downloading. Both from version history and overview tab.

A user shouldn't have to download an attachment to view it
