Bundle | A group of audit tools created together for one delegate under a single audit event, covering the full scope of the audit. |
Questionnaire | The auto-generated set of questions sent to the delegate, derived from the audit tool. Not an Excel file — it is the structured list of document requests the delegate sees and responds to inside Readily. |
Deliverable field | The specific document request within each audit factor. What you type here becomes the question the delegate sees. This is the Readily equivalent of your DRL line item. |
DRL | Document Request List — in Readily, this is the audit tool with its factors and deliverable questions. |
CAP | Corrective Action Plan — created after findings are issued and delegate mitigation responses are received. |
Look-back period | The year of activity being reviewed (e.g., 2025 activity reviewed during a 2026 audit). |
Custom files | Documents submitted by the delegate for a specific audit, visible under the requirement review screen during AI analysis. Use this tab — not the internal policies tab — for delegate audits. |
Case file review | A separate audit workflow used for reviewing clinical case files or monitoring files. Not covered in this guide. A separate session and guide will be provided for teams that need it. |
